About us

Wohnfühl Immobilien was founded in the summer of 2008 with around 100 units under management. Today, as a certified property manager in accordance with §26a WEG, we manage approximately 1,500 units in Leipzig and within a radius of about 100 km.

Our team consists of nine dedicated employees – including two BA students – who bring experience, expertise, and passion to real estate management.

We are a member of VDIV and stay up to date on legal developments through regular training and ongoing internal education.

Hybrid Meetings for Owners

With the Vulcavo platform, we conduct owners’ meetings flexibly on-site, in hybrid form, or fully digital – GDPR-compliant, with presentation, video conferencing, and voting tools. Professional and straightforward to ensure a smooth process for our owners.

Digital Invoice Processing

Invoice reviews can be carried out conveniently online, making workflows even more efficient for our property owners. Sending invoice documents to, for example, tax advisors can also be handled with ease.
