The corona virus caught us all off guard. In recent weeks, we have intensively studied the latest reports and take the recommendations made by the federal and state governments very seriously. We will implement the following changes in our company for an indefinite period of time:
- The office will be closed on Fridays
- The office hours from Monday to Thursday will remain from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.30
- All employees will work alternately in the home office, so that it will not always be possible to reach individual employees by telephone
- All inquiries will be processed immediately, as usual
- We ask customers who are able to clarify inquiries by telephone or e-mail to refrain from visiting the office in person
- For the time being we do not carry out any viewing appointments
- Owners' meetings will be postponed until late summer. Statements of accounts will be sent to all owners and tenants immediately after they are drawn up
