We are pleased to welcome a new employee to our team as of 01.12.2018. Juliane Jeschke is, like most of our employees, a Bachelor of Arts f. Real Estate and graduate of the University of Cooperative Education in Leipzig. She gained several years of experience in a large German property management company and will complement our team as a property manager for domestic and foreign investors. Juliane Jeschkes dog, Mops Henry, will also join our team on a regular basis.
Wir freuen uns, ab 01.12.2018 eine neue Mitarbeiterin in unserem Team begrüßen zu dürfen. Juliane Jeschke ist, wie ein Großteil unserer Mitarbeiter, Bachelor of Arts f. Immobilienwirtschaft und Absolventin der Berufsakademie in Leipzig. Sie sammelte mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem großen deutschen Wohnungsunternehmen und wird unser Team als Miet- und WEG-Verwalterin für in- und ausländische Investoren ergänzen. Auch Juliane Jeschkes Hund, Mops Henry, wird unserem Team regelmäßig Gesellschaft leisten.

Since 01.08.2018, the regulations on the obligation to provide further training for property managers and brokers have entered into force. In future, administrators must complete 20 hours of further training within a period of three years.
We have been working for foreign investors who have acquired real estate in Leipzig and the surrounding area since 2012. Our clients are owners from Israel, Ireland, Great Britain, Holland, Italy and Australia.
The Leipzig Mietspiegel 2016 was adopted by resolution of the Council on 15 November 2017. The new rent index is regarded as a qualified rent index and represents the local rent prices. The qualified rent index must be adapted to market developments every 2 years and must be updated every 4 years. Courtly the qualified rent index has a higher probative force with the penetration of rent increase demands. In order to counteract the rapid rise in rents in Leipzig, it was decided in February 2018 that the rent cap would be lowered from 20% to 15% within three years.
