Unfortunately, due to the restrictions imposed once again by the federal and state governments, we have to implement the following changes:

  • The office will remain closed on Fridays for the time being.
    Consultation hours from Monday to Thursday will remain from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.30.
  • All employees will work alternately in the home office, so that it will not always be possible to reach individual employees by telephone.
  • All enquiries will be processed immediately as usual.
  • We ask customers who can clarify enquiries by telephone or e-mail to refrain from visiting the office in person.
  • A personal visit to the office is only possible by prior appointment.
  • We make every effort to arrange viewing appointments digitally.
