Dear clients of Wohnfühl Immobilien,


A busy year is coming to an end for us. Personally, I was able to really enjoy my family time-out and am now back in full swing. I would like to thank my employees for having my back. A second colleague has also been back from parental leave since June 2023, so our team is now complete again.


Unfortunately, our year got off to a bumpy start due to unplanned personnel changes. However, the entire team has done its best to satisfy our customers and process enquiries as quickly as possible. In the coming year, we plan to return to our usual, familiar working methods. In particular, owners' meetings will be held earlier in the year again next year and statements will be sent out earlier. We will hold regular team meetings to keep up to date with our management properties and upcoming projects, and deadlines will be monitored more closely.


Our meeting room was equipped digitally this year and we have already been able to hold numerous hybrid owners' meetings. This is a great relief for some of our customers, as there is no need to travel.


The topic of renewable energies in connection with the heating systems in the properties will keep us busy in the coming year, especially in properties with older systems. We are in regular contact with energy consultants in the context of further training, but also to keep ourselves up to date for you.


This year, one of the properties we manage was successfully equipped with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. We supported the entire process and are happy to provide owners with advice and assistance here too.

We are looking forward to the upcoming projects. However, we are using the time between the years, when we traditionally have company holidays, to recharge our batteries for 2024. We would like to thank our customers for their loyalty and understanding when things don't always run smoothly.
