Leipziger Mietspiegel 2016 – Lowering of the capping limit to 15% – Leipzig rent index 2016

The Leipzig Mietspiegel 2016 was adopted by resolution of the Council on 15 November 2017. The new rent index is regarded as a qualified rent index and represents the local rent prices.
